Obituary for Ava Jacks Atkinson
Ava Jacks Atkinson passed away of cardiac arrest at her home on Friday, April 16, 2021 in San Mateo California. She was born on June 13, 1961 in San Mateo California at Mills Peninsula Hospital to her loving parents, C.B. Jacks and Lillian Love Jacks. Ava resided in the Bay Area her entire life.
Ava attended the Urban School. After high school, she studied liberal arts and fine arts at Skyline College and The Art Institute of San Francisco.
To cherish and honor her memory, Ava leaves her devoted daughter, Lillian Allegra Jacks; her beloved sister, Jocelyn Jacks Kahn; her beloved brother, Paul Edwin Jacks (Kim Dunbar); and her beloved nieces and nephews: Paul Langston Kahn, Nia Merica Kahn, and Katherine Amanda Jacks. She was predeceased by her parents, C.B. Jacks and Lillian Love Jacks.
