Obituary for Julio Seau
Julio Seau was born on November 14, 1969 in Fort Ord, California, to Tulaga and Eleanor Hisatake Seau.
He was child #9 for the family. He has 6 sisters and 3 brothers. He was the youngest son.
He has one child, his son, Taisia Pioi Seau.
Being born into a military family, meant Julio moved around a lot until his father, retired from the US Army after serving 30 years.
The family settled in San Bruno, Ca, where Julio attended school, went to church, and played little league baseball with his brothers.
He was an avid sports fan! He loved his SF Giants, his SF 49ers and the Golden State Warriors.
Julio’s love for his family and friends is well known. He had a loving relationship with all his nieces and nephews and their children.
He still has longtime childhood friends that were close to him through out his life.
His pride and joy was his son, Taisia. The love between a father and his son, is very special, and Julio and Tai’s was no different.
Julio passed away at Mills Peninsula Hospital in Burlingame on September 24, 2021. He suffered from a weakened heart from 2 open heart surgeries in the last 3 1/2 years.
The Seau family will miss him dearly everyday.
His son, Tai will miss him.
His friends will miss him.
