Obituary for Marilyn Gaye Camisa-Lynch

Loving wife, aunt, great aunt, sister and friend. Marilyn came into our life on November 15, 1954
and sadly left us on July 26, 2021. Even though she has passed, her spirit will remain with us
indefinitely. Marilyn was born in San Francisco and attended schools there. She graduated
from SF State University with a BS and worked as a quality control manager at Elan
Pharmaceuticals. She loved being with family and her pets. In 1991, she met the love of her
life, John. They married 2 years later and lived in South San Francisco. Marilyn traveled
extensively and visited such places as Italy, England and Ireland and around the U.S. When
she met John, she found Maui to be like a new second home. You would always find Marilyn at
family get-togethers and she loved being with her nieces and nephew. When she became a
great aunt, she was ecstatic. We will miss Marilyn, her love for life and her love for family.
Preceded in death by her parents, Rod and Judy Camisa and her mother-in-law and
father-in-law, John and Joan Lynch. She is survived by John, her husband of 28 years;
mother-in-law, Grace Somaduroff; her sisters, Lynda Maher and Sandy DAngelo (Dan); her
sister-in-laws, Annie Ferraro (Dennis), Francis (Tony) Hernandez, Linda Lynch and Laura
Jennings; her nieces, Michelle Rusczyk (Mike), Kristi Petteford (Tim) and nephew, Nate
DAngelo and great nephews, Angelo and Julian Rusczyk. A private memorial will be held.
