Obituary for Raymond Julio DeNardi

Raymond Julio DeNardi passed away at his home on March 21, 2021 surrounded by his immediate family at the age of 88. He was born in South San Francisco on July 3, 1932 to Joseph and Louise DeNardi. He attended school in SSF and then City College of San Francisco. He married his high-school classmate Caroline Passerini and they were happily married for 65 years, had four children, and lived in SSF their entire lives. After college he started working in SSF at W.P. Fuller as a paint chemist. He finished his career at Triangle Coatings Company in San Leandro, having worked in the paint industry for 40 years. He was a very clever man and was always working on one project after another throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed walking around his neighborhood and out into his community. He is survived by his wife, Caroline, and four sons, John (Nancy), Dan (Ruth), Ken (Rachel), and Jim (Janet), nine grandchildren, Jeannine (Bora), Lauren (Dan), Ashley (Trish), Neal (Leanne), Ray (Danielle), Marcus, Aaron, David and Melani and three great grandchildren, Nico, Cole, and Joey. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Norman.
A mass will be held at Saint Veronica’s Church on Friday March 26, 2021 at 10:30AM. Committal services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
